Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or class transfer requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the scheduled day of class.

Cancellation requests submitted at least 10 days prior will be approved and refunded in the original payment format.

Requests to switch classes given at least 10 days prior to the scheduled class date will be approved and processed if there is space in the requested class. If not available, a refund in the original payment format will be provided.

Cancellation or class transfer requests submitted less than 10 days prior to the scheduled day of the class will not be accepted or refunded. Unforeseeable and extenuating circumstances may be considered.

If Katelin’s Kitchen is required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or illness, a full refund will be provided in the original payment format, or the opportunity to rebook a class of equal value at a later date will be provided. If the replacement class has a higher value, the difference in cost will be invoiced to the participant. If the replacement class has a lower value, the difference in cost will be refunded in the original payment format.
