Whether you are a baking newbie or experienced enthusiast, our classes will make you feel like a professional! Led by Red Seal Pastry Chef Katelin Bland, classes are fun, relaxed and fully interactive, providing ample opportunity for feedback and discussion.

All of our classes are led by Red Seal Pastry Chef, Katelin Bland. Classes are fully interactive and questions are always encouraged. After enrolment, participants will be emailed a recipe package, complete with required tools, ingredients and directions, as well as a Zoom link to the online classroom.
